Live Shading Demo – Drawing Light on Form

Loved the demo, despite it being a few years old by now the information presented in it is timeless. Also I had attempted to draw along and managed to come up with something that does resemble a skull. Likely with errors in proportions and values.
LESSON NOTES
In this live shading demo, I'll show you how to use elements of light on form to depict a 3D object on a flat surface. I'll also introduce how to simplify any complex form into its primary, secondary, and tertiary forms using the human skull as an example.
This demo also features answered questions from people watching the live stream. If you're interested in learning more about shading, I recommend watching these tutorials: The Basic Elements, Shading Light & Form - Basics, and How to Shade a Drawing.
