Study Schedule

Are there any working parents out there who have a balanced study schedule for art? I am a 37 year old who has 2 little kids and can give my art maybe an hour (sometimes two) each day. I am very new to this and really enjoy it. I am currently focusing on drawing. Should I just be attacking classes and assignments each day? Should I break up my week and have days that are for classroom and days that are for practicing and applying new skills?

I'm not a working parent, but I do think I see my best results when I practice/apply new skills every day. I think it's really helpful to try and put lessons into practice immediately, rather than try and remember them the next day while practicing separately.
