Hello i have started portrait drawing some time ago
I got stuck at this lady and i kept trying to draw her over and over again but it never looks right. I am not sure why every time i try to draw face no matter how accurate i try it looks cartoonish. I also studied skull and drew it before i tackled portrait drawing.
What I'm seeing is that your shapes and facial features are all over the place.
I would suggest you try using the Loomis method of head design. It will help you line everything up and create the right shape for the face.
I did an example to show you what you can do, I hope it helps :)

Ty i actually tried using loomis before but i got confused with proportions so i tried following along your guide, i hope its better now
