Hey Whowho, nice job on this. I can tell you're definitely making progress.
What I would say personally is to start drawing less complex subjects. I admire your ambition jumping into something so complicated, but in order to draw complex shapes like these you'll need some stronger foundations.
@Aaron Blaise has a masterpiece demo on Proko called Drawing an Animal Portrait. In it he goes through his process for laying in a drawing, to the lay in, and finally the rendering.
Nice work, I really like how carefully you've tried to observe the tiger's details, even the surfaces of his teeth and the markings around its eyes.
One thing that may help you is trying to sketch out the three-dimensional structure of the tiger's face before you do the full drawing. For instance, how does the muzzle connect to the face? How does the mouth fit into the muzzle?
I think laying your observational details on top of that structure will make your drawing really pop.
Hello Who!
Before you go into shading and realism, I would suggest you study the structure of the tiger's face. Simplify the shapes of the skull before you place the eyes, ears, teeth etc. I think Proko has some videos that explain this :)

any suggestions to make it more realistic?

focus on the foundation then try to draw a tiger.
Nice drawing! It looks to me that there isn’t very much contrast in your values (the darks and lights). This can kind of throw off depth and flatten the image. One place where you can go darker is on forms that are in front of others like the teeth, and the muzzle. Also, unless you’re going for hyperrealism, don’t worry about drawing all of the hairs. Try and hint at the textures through shadows and form. Hope this helps!
