@Scott Flanders I am having troubles developing my creatures. I have a picture in my mind and I just can't seem to get my hand to follow the picture. Makes me feel like I am drawing like I just picked up a pencil for the first time. I understand the premise of breaking up images into shapes but when I do it I end up making the image still too smooth. How can I develop my skills to make much more clear pictures? My concept I am going for are bestial beings. Would you recommend I hold off on that idea and maybe practice something else?

I think I came up with an idea. Took me sometime but I finally got it on paper.

I wanted to get feedback on my monster drawings for the character design course. They aren't very detailed but I am hoping I understood the concept enough. I did notice that my concept became a little tougher the more I went on so I expanded the idea a of a Squid Forest to also in habit forms of monsters that looked like creatures in a forest environment. Any feed back helps. Thank you!

Hey everybody ! I'm new to Proko. First post here. Did part 1 . I think I'm posting in the right section. Going to do a couple more pages of this hopefully. Maybe some different creatures or even aliens next. Played it safe with harvest man. Might even do more of him , or even with other combos.

I like the approach you took with your harvestmen. They feel very fresh looking at them and I like how you varied the size and shapes of them. Gives me vibes like they all stem from the same lineage but they have different mutations.
