How do I know when to move to the next lessons?
I've been doing the 30 seconds and two minute poses for some days but I dont wanna keep going forward if I still need more practice, I am unsure of how to know myself.

Keep going. These aren't one-and-done. Think of it like weight training. You don't master the bench press before you start squatting. Instead, you hit each muscle group multiple times a week.
