Had a lot of fun sketching these! I noticed that proko would draw the same line multiple times, but confidently. I found this method to be calming! If I messed up the placement of a line, it's okay, just draw it again! I probably should have done an initial lay-in or something though, because the proportions are off (esp the penguin) and each of my drawings didn't fit the page hah...also re-looking at proko's vid, perhaps I could have been much looser with my lines

Here is my after demo attempt on the 2nd pear! Having some trouble figuring out where the core shadow is, so I kind of winged it lol

This was my second attempt at making the pear. decided beforehand to figure out how to shade each of the 5 values (light -> dark is "paper->2H->2B->6B->6Bx2"...all shaded lightly). Think it needs more contrast though, and the shade edge looks a bit funky lol.
