Alright, here’s my first pears (and first ever real drawings as well)! I feel like I’m having a hard time keeping consistent line size etc when shading which I feels like throws everything else off too. That and I’m having a hard time getting consistent values, but I’m guessing that both of these things will become easier with practice.

I did one more pear after watching the demo and critique videos, I feel a lot better about it even though I know there are still issues!

Now that I’ve watched the actual demo video, I’m seeing where a lot of my mistakes were and am excited to take another crack at it with my new knowledge!

He y’all! It’s been a couple of years since the last topic on this in the boards, but I was wondering if there happens to be a Proko discord server? I’d LOVE to see one for really quick feedback or general discussions, really just the community aspect as a whole. I think the Proko site is great and would prefer to keep using this for the lessons, projects, and teacher interaction etc. but I would be even more motivated to practice on a daily basis if there was a more easily accessible community aspect!
If there isn’t, I’m also open to any other art-learning-centric Discord servers that anyone has joined!
