What is being referred to as the triangular expansion? I looked in Netter's Anatomy, online, and in Clinically Oriented Anatomy & can't find it. Do you think he is referring to the boney medial angle of the scapula where the scapular spine kind of gets wider & looks a bit like a triangle? Or could he be referring to the triangle of auscultation, but I think that's too low for where he is indicating in the video.

Nevermind, it is answered in example #4. It is the expansion where the spine of the scapula meets the medial border of the scapula. It's called the medial angle in the anatomy books I have.

Does anyone understand why the midline for the pose at 11:00 is an 'S" instead of a 'C'? The pose is labelled 'lean forward & tilt right' so I thought 'C' shaped midlines were used. I thought 'S' midline was for a twist.
So, Proko is trying to show that the bean tilts away from the viewer. Notice how Chanon's shoulders and head are leaned over. The "s-like" center line makes sense when you think about her pose that way.
