Here is my self portrait!

I want to draw portraits realistically but everytime I try to copy photos it doesn't looks like the reference and I can only draw features decently when I'm drawing it separately. There's a lot of things I need to work on but what is it that I must focus on based on my skill level?

Yanna. She can read multiple books at once just by touching them but the amount of knowledge was overwhelming making her scream everytime she use her power. Because of that, people in the library was always disturbed by her sudden shout hence she decided to make a sound proof mask to be able to read and scream as much as she wants without bothering other people. She also use skates so that she can catch up to wherever she is needed. Her goal is to spread every knowledge that everyone needs to know

Chad Voldy, can slip through things and thanks to that he escaped prison only after getting detained for attempting to steal a money in a bank vault. Attempting because he can't take anything with him while using his power, the reason he's naked. He could easily escape from the hold of the authority but because he's jobless and no one would take him knowing that he's a wanted man and now an escaped prisoner, he decided to went along spending a day detained to have free food and shelter but he had a change of mind and escaped. After getting back his freedom, using his remaining morals, he went to a super hero agency and forced his way into the industry with the most wanted man in tow that proves he is a great asset.  He can't use his cape and any other clothes while using his power but the special cape he's wearing now follow him everywhere he goes once activated hence he can easily cover himself up after a fight. His naked body will the last thing the enemy will see. What a sight. The Naked Man (This is my second submission, someone in the comments said that I can post as many as I like so here it is. Lemillion from MHA is my inspiration :)
