I tried doing some of the 2 Minute Poses in the example after watching it. I am hoping to get some feed back on what I can improve on.

Good job .. doing great on the gestures. Good flow of lines and nice use of Curves.
Next, to push them further, try including
proportions (not necessary for gesture, but the drawing will look much better with right proportions) and try to include gesture lines for palm and feet
I did some 30 second gestures. I watch the examples and tried to do them on my own (with only the original figure). I am not sure how well I am doing, I would love a critique.
