Mike is a great teacher (and artist) and really knows his stuff. He is very skilled at using his knowledge and drawing prowess to explain topics in a clear, concise way.

Before and after watching demonstration videos again. On this one I learned I should have done more to clarify the inner thigh (per anserine and other medial muscle attachments). I also like how Stan sublet shows the shape of the glut with just a couple nice lines.

Before and after watching the video demonstration. I think I did a pretty nice job initially on the plane changes but after watching video could do better to better define overall shapes in HS, flow of glut into upper thigh.

Before and after again. Feeling more confident about my own drawing and using Stan's demo to help clean up and refine the end result

Before and after watching the video again. (original has the blue construction underneath). I'm definitely getting better at analyzing the shapes, and construction from watching all these demos! This course has really been great.

Before and after watching the video (the cleaned up version is the after). I feel like I'm getting much closer on my own but Stan always has some subtle overlaps, shapes and shading that takes his to another level.

Great lessons. I really like the focus on structure and shape as dictated by position and function. Stan makes it seem so simple.

I love the analysis and breakdown of the thinking behind the drawing of muscle fiber directions and shape. Thank you. Well done.

Feet are difficult! Thanks for the great breakdown. Love the examples and ebooks. I learned a lot to improve my drawings in this section.

For some reason I can't load the 3D models on this section of the anatomy lessons. It keeps telling me the page has a problem and needs to be reloaded...over and over again. Any one else have this problem or know a fix?

This one is all in one drawing. Now that I'm looking at it again I don't love the tibia shapes...I'll improve that next time.

Got a bit carried away in my rough drawing on this one...but I was having fun :) It's supposed to be fun right? I feel like my shapes are too symmetrical and boring. Trying to improve that.

The first one is my initial rough drawing before I drop the opacity and draw over it with more accurate lines. (then I cleaned it up a little more after watching Stan's awesome examples)

I'm back to work on my anatomy skills! I always learn so much watching the example videos after making my own attempts at it.

I look at the reference photo and feel like I'm pretty close but the finger shapes could be better and more varied. Ring finger bend is kinda tricky.

I tried to emphasize the pressure between the finger and thumb. Looking at the reference I think I missed a bit on the shadows of the wrist. Could have designed that much better.

Getting better. The thing I changed on this one, after watching Stan's video, was the cast shadow on the wrist. I like how he rounded it out to better describe the form of the wrist.

I like the way Stan simplified the shadows and tried to copy that in my drawing. I think I could add a little more variety to the shapes of the shadows and wrinkles.

I found this angle surprisingly tricky. It seems simple but the shape of the knuckles is more flat than I anticipated.

After watching Stan's video I made some corrections. I think I could improve the shape of my fingers by simplifying and maintaining more of the gesture shape. I think I overcooked the hyperextension/arch of the fingers.
