added comment inDo my Gesture Drawing IS GOOD? HELP PLZ
Hi. Firstly, I am no expert, so please take anything I say with that in mind. I think the first thing that would help is to not see the figure as "muscled." What I mean by that is you would benefit from just focusing on the gesture of each pose. Use simple forms like C's, S's, and I's only. Avoid all of the outer form contour detail you're showing and draw the center line of each limb to begin with. You want to capture the gesture of these forms in space to begin with and then eventually you'll learn to give them volume and form, based on anatomical know-how and all of that fun stuff. I'd definitely start with Proko's "Figure Drawing Fundamentals" course here on the site. Even the free version has a ton of information. Draw along with him, pause if you need to and re-watch them, drawing along, then maybe try some more poses with as simplified a gesture as possible. Your proportions are more good than off(the arms in the second image, ribcage in the third, arms in the third right), and the angles where you've placed your forms are generally good. I just think you're taking too much on yourself too fast. I know drawing stick figure shapes feels anticlimactic but you have to walk before you can run. Anyways. That's my two cents. I wish you all the best in your art journey. Take care and keep drawing!

I will say your gestures are pretty good, but your drawing the figure as separate parts, which is stopping the flow or rhythm of the pose.
What we do to fix this, is to find an "S" or "C" curve that describes the pose from top to bottom. The limbs also have gesture that flow from the torso. I did a quick sketch of one of your drawings to give you an idea what I mean, I hope it helps :)
