Thanks, this is a great idea, we'll be updating and adding to the Timer tool functions soon and we'll keep this in mind!

Yay, happy to hear that, One more thing I just thought of would be statistics. It’d be fun to see how many sessions, poses, minutes etc one would have at per week,,month, year etc. might be a more complicated patch however. Just a thought :)

Hi, love the timer tool. One suggested feature would be displaying each photo’s name somewhere on the screen, or a list of names for all photos that appeared in a session at the end. I often find poses I would like to go back to or do a longer drawing of, or save for future projects etc. and this would make it much easier to find those photo. thank you and keep up the great work, Proko is such a treasure trove of all things learning art.

First time trying charcoal on newsprint, 20 minute poses. Would be thankful for feedback to improve. I feel like I tend to get bogged down into detail rather than "big picture" shapes adn movement.

These comic poses are really fun to draw! The dramatic angles and foreshortening were challenging... so I worked through a bunch of them trying to get their basic gestures sorted out first....then went back and tried to define a few a bit more. I started finding a flow that seemed to work after the first few...but they are still pretty messy. (I was really liking the poses and wanted to draw more of them vs spending the time cleaning them up). I'd definitely like to try more of these poses and learn how to bring them to the comic art level... those Ryan Benjamin drawings above are awesome!!! Thanks for a fun week of challenges Proko!...I didn't get enough sleep but I did learn some good stuff with all the drawing. :)

Damn those are good. Your warmups are far beyond what my 20min ones could even hope to be!

2 minute warmups and 20min for the other three. Gotten more happy with my lines during the last 12 days, but still not very fast, didn’t have time for facial details or trying to dress them. It is inspiring to see all other students posting here which has helped me draw more than usual.

5 minute gestures. Still tend to want to go for details rather than big strokes..
