Ah structure - finally all of my boxes are paying off! Had a bunch of fun with this session - about 15m per piece. Looking forward to seeing everyone's work!

Another day, another subject I'm dreadfully uncomfortable with! These are all 5-10 minutes - I did try some at 2-3 but I wasn't able to produce anything sharable unfortunately.

Super excited to join in the livestream. Mike Mattesi's work has flow and shape design that I find super fun and dynamic. Here are a few poses I did after the stream - 3 to 5 minutes each. It took quite a few bad drawings before this to start finding the "Connections" that he tries to emphasize. Hope I did alright!

I can't say I've drawn armor much, and 25m is perhaps a bit too short to understand fully how to draw it... That being said, I had a lot of fun messing with Lane Brown's brush pack for this one. The marker textures are so juicy, I'm a big fan.

Super excited for this stream! I've followed Josh for a bit and it's always a treat to see his sketches on Instagram. Feels effortlessly skillful in a way that's very inspiring.
Really seeing the progress in my art today - working through Proko's figure drawing course, I used to struggle so much with short poses, there was no way I could get anything down in a minute that even remotely resembled a human being. Still a LOT that I'm not happy with, but I guess it's nice at the end of the year to appreciate how far I've come. I suck less! Happy Proko day's y'all, pleasure seeing all of your work

Stylization, invention, clothing, all things I am not so good at. Definitely started feeling looser near the end of the practice though
Here are my heads! I've worked through a fair number of Stephen's lessons, but I'm way more familiar working through this process in graphite. I'm trying to get more mileage in digital and, as you can see, the results vary. Feedback welcome

Two things:
1: Hands are fun!
2: I need to practice hands more.
Struggling to keep to the time limit, but I did it!

Bargue Drawing - Critique3yr
Hello! I'm doing a few Bargue studies as a part of Stephen Bauman's Atelier Tier on patreon, and I wanted to see if the community here had any notes on my most recent project. I drew the Psyche de Napoli in graphite (4H-2B) on strathmore 400 series drawing paper. I wanted to ask if anyone had any tips to fix some of the textural problems in this piece, specifically where the darker areas look scratchy. I've kept my pencils sharp and tried to achieve that smooth and even tone, but my graphite technique it seems has fallen flat. Any help would be appreciated!
