Of course late. But, my schedule... And I’d rather do my wife than the photo Bauman used. I tried also using charcoal conte crayon to get a darker value and realized it doesn’t reproduce very well with matte charcoal and glossy pencil.

Quite satified with the general proportions but hadn't time to get better values. Proko 2.0 looks great. Thanks everyone at Proko.

I'm just a dude, but I like your proportions here too. And appreciate the juxtaposition of the reference. It helps me to see that the model's nose has a more spherical and upturned end, compared to yours which is more of a flat slope at the end. Also, I think the size and proportion of the far-side eye are appropriate, but the eyebrow looks like it arches down rather than makes that beautiful spiral like shape up and away from us. The two lines there on yours make the confusion to me. and lastly, it looks to me like the mouth is just a bit too forward. Meaning there seems to be just a slight concavity from the farside cheek to the chin that is obscured in yours. I like the overall painterly-ness of the line work. Maybe some more detail in the ear too, since it is such a prominent feature of the drawing. You know the longer I look at it the more I like it. Great work.
