Asked for help
One of the biggest research I made so I thought it would be nice to share the process here.
1st pic is the idea I had for painting style (had to do more sketch like because of time, but those are the styles that inspired me!), mood and enviroment.
2nd pic is the general idea for each page using movie stills and whatever I found on Google as inspiration
3rd pic is the pages sketch + final references I made using mostly 3D and ideas from movies frames for each panel
*btw I already posted my final submission so I'm not looking for any critiques :) (But if you have one anyways, it's okay!)
Had lots of fun a̶n̶d̶ ̶a̶n̶x̶i̶e̶t̶y̶ ̶l̶o̶l̶ doing this one!! Shout out to all comic book artists in the world, this is really hard hahahah
Hope y'all like it! (And hope I didn't make too many pages!)
*Last page is not ONE huge page, actually is TWO pages merged together because the limit here is 10 pics :)
*If you find any grammar mistake, it was intentional...........................

I have a question for Natalia Fabia: what's your process for paintings with a lot of different hues? Like the Tool art you made, it has so many colors but they are all in harmony! I have no idea how to achieve that
Awesome! in the comic book, is there a max limit for pages? I don't know if the idea I have is considered small haha

I don't think I have only one dream job, but things like movie/music posters and comic book covers would be awesome! Movies, music and comics are the things that most inspire me to make art :)
Do you think about color profiles (like sRGB, Apple RGB, CMYK etc) when doing a painting? I've discovered color profiles a while ago and I don't know if it's something to worry about or not :)
Battle for Franz Josef - One of the first great snow battles during the Elven Crisis. The naughy elves teamed up with Krampus to stop Christmas from happening, but good old Santa knows how to stop them. And he has an army. A really big one.

What's the most important thing to get a good likeness on a portrait?
Awesome challenge! Peter's livestream helped a lot! - I took the lemur look to make a cool face paint/bizarre eyes (and the tech color). Bird feathers for the clothes. Medieval armor pic for the armor design + the tech pic with all the cables inspired me to give a futuristic look, I think it's a good contrast to the tribal look from lemur + bird feathers. Hair inspired by jellyfish and weapons inspired a lil' bit by the insects. And snow pic inspired me to give her a cool necklace :)

How to make the monster's size look really big compared to cities/environment?
I'm a beginner with charcoals, is there any type of paper that will make the charcoal "stay" on the paper? The ones I use doesn't let it stick at all

Latest Digital Painting2yr
My first post!
So cool to see Proko 2.0 after all this time. I don't really use social medias but this one I'm sure gonna use a lot!
This is my latest digital painting, need to make a few more in order to get a good portfolio :)
Open to any critiques (I think I messed up this one maybe getting it too dark)
