I just did this 1 hour practice, no drawing only brushtrokes, my intencion was to create coherent shapes whitouth the use of drawing

Try to go back to the simpliest idea, to watch the pose as an entire piece, then go to the mayor ideas like, longest axis, Tension, Asimetry, Csi, etc, first 3 proko gesture videos are the key, till you dont dominate them,i dont recomend passin into the next step. Hope you take the advice!
