Assignment tracing I did to better understand these muscles, however I still have a lot of trouble seeing the underlying structure and supination/pronation, so any critique (especially involving the arm bones) is really appreciated

Done with torso studies :) I will definitely come back for everything, especially neck studies since I find both its anatomy and gestures to be a bit difficult

Following Proko's demo I tried shading my gestures, I think a general shading study is in order here lol. As always, any critique is very welcome :^)

These are looking great! As far as I can tell, the anatomy looks good, and there’s a wide variety of pencil marks here.
I dont think it would take much to add shading to your drawings. The structure is already there. You just need light now.
This is how I might shade your drawing although there are many other solutions as well.

first time ever tackling the back muscles (alongside shoulder muscles) and before getting into gesture i'd like to pinpoint these muscles, especially because it's getting a bit difficult to distinguish some muscles (teres major-lat-serratus). any critique is really appreciated :)
these ended up being my gestures, drawing these made me realize how easy it actually is to recognize the lat lol

Went back on these assignments as I gradually amplified my understanding of forms in space. Still working on it so I'm not that good, any critique is very welcomed :)

I struggle a lot with drawing ellipses and their axes, and I end up understanding nothing of the structure, any tips?

I think these are looking great. Mannequinization is meant to be a tool for you as an artist to use in a way that suits your needs, so make it work for you. Your lines could be cleaned up a bit, which makes me think you may be moving too fast through the exercises so maybe try slowing down, taking your time and thinking about each form carefully before placing a simplified shape. Overall I think you have the right idea!
