Well I think the biggest problem on the looking down is that you showed too much of the neck,I suggest only showing the collar bones and not as much of the neck. I also recommend making the distance between the nose and eyes closer as it ussually does when foreshortening is applied (Here is an overdrawing that may help [Also curve the hair down to look more like we're looking slightly above]) That's all I got hopefully it was useful and not just a waste of time (If it was,best regard on your art journey anyway)
