Definitely the hardest assignment so far! Struggled with this quite a lot and realized how many proportional/perspective errors I made on my original hand bone assignments. Tried a few different techniques and levels of finish. Most happy with No 1 & 2 but I did spend a lot longer on them and used my own hands for figuring out details. Least happy with 4, shading is sloppy and there are proportional issues carried over from the bone drawing. Critique most definitely welcome, I'm going to go draw hands from reference for a bit... much less stressful!

Very nice assignment, you have great line control and form construction. My notes would be that the ribcage on 16(6) does not look like the correct perspective, I think with the spine bending like that we would see the bottom plane. The head on 14 (4) seems a bit small relative to the body. Also the spine looks like its connecting in the back of the skull rather than going up into the base of the skull.

My assignment for the first hand lesson, took a couple failed attempts to get in the right mindset to do this but got there eventually and pleased with the results. First image is before watching the examples, second is studies from the examples. Any CC welcome.

Managed to finally finish this assignment, pretty happy with it considering how complex the area is. First image is before watching the examples, second is studies from the examples and the 3rd is testing my knowledge on other reference and from memory. Might have to come back and do a few more from memory before I have it really locked down. Any CC welcome.

Heres my attempt at the neck muscles. Always been an area I;ve struggled with, especially the area of the thraot between the Sternomastoids. Did a few extra from reference and from imagination to practice. Any feedback welcome.

First 3 images were done before watching the examples, 4th image was done referencing the examples. Went a bit heavy on the shading in the first two images, think it confuses some of the anatomy. Last study took a bit longer. Feedback very welcome!

My attempt at inventing shoulder muscles. Some from the photo reference some from imagination, tried a few in forshortened poses as this is something I have struggled with before. Any feedback welcome.

Crtiques welcome, found the orgination of the lower portion of the oblique hard to visualise without drawing the entire ribcage. The last image was done after watching the examples, everytihng else was drawn before.

I found this one quite difficult so I did some extra study on some other references. I think females are much harder as the forms are softer and it's harder to define the anatomy without making it feel too hard and angular. Again I was getting carried away rendering faces but its good practice i suppose! Any critique is welcome.

These are from a while back now, I think I focused a bit too much on shading over the anatomy and gesture. I also got carried away with working on faces and other areas not relevant to the excercise so definitely need to stay on task more. Some of these were done before watching the examples and some after. Any critique would be welcome.

Think I may have got some of the layering of the muscle bundles a bit wrong on some of these, also some of the tracings feel a bit flat, like they are just lines on the surface rather than an understanding of the volumes. Bit happier with the volumes on the invented muscles. Any crit would be welcome.

Did these a while back now and would probably approach them a bit differently now I've had a bit more practice finding the landmarks but would be good to see if there are any errors i havent spotted or thing I could improve.
