Been pretty slow with this course. Trying to get back into it recently.
All of the images on the left are before me watching Stan's drawing. Right is afterwards. Some include a 3rd image that is a more recent retry.
1st image includes beans I did a couple months ago, with the one on the right being the newest one.
I've changed my pencil grip recently so my pointer finger and thumb have closer to equal pressure on the pencil. Whereas previously my pointer finger was "dominate" if that makes any sense. Not sure if this is correct or incorrect, but I seem to have more control now.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

you’ve got really good line work, definitely better than mine 😅
so for the first one I feel like it needed more twist. When the centreline moves in opposite directions, I feel it shows the twist more clearly.
For the 2nd one I feel like you could exaggerate the bend forward more. Make it a more dramatic curve. I kept the bottom of the bean pretty straight and just bent the top one a lot.
For the final one I felt you could show the hips and rib cage moving in different directions more clearly. It’s helpful to think of the centrelines being 2 strait lines from the breastbone to the belly button, to the belly button down to the pubic bone. Then after you can curve it. This helps show which direction they are facing. Hope this helps 🙃

I haven’t painted many landscapes before so I found this challenge a bit difficult, but overall I learnt heaps and had a lot of fun 🤩
I unfortunately lost one of my reference photos and I can’t seem to find it on Pinterest again, I hope that doesn’t matter too much😅
