Hello everyone, recently I started drawing again after a long pause (procrastination hitted very hard). I somehow got inspired to draw this somewhat surreal "Bonsaisnail" with coal and pencil. Even though I'm very proud about it, I think that something is still missing. Especially the little tree. Is the shading off? And what is your general opinion? Happy for any comments :)

Just for fun I put a little waspnest in my skull where my TV stands. Well....lets say it got me inspired for this #prokochallenge

The shapes and colors look all right for me. But what I would do ist to get rid of all these little white spots that shine through so it doesn't look as sketchy and could help to convey realism. Sincerely, Giuliano

I had some ink to spare so I used it to make this quick "watercolor" of a skull :)

1. Do you know what's happening? Yes definitely. It was really easy to read for me. That you added no dialogue is not a problem at all. The kind of comic you tried is its own category of pictorial story, so its ok :) 2. Is it boring? Definitely not, its really funny. On the composition: Its nice to see that not every panel is the same. But I would say, try that all panels are in the same area. You should look for a "border" were all panels stop. Looks cleaner 3. Do you have any emotional reaction looking through it? I found it mostly funny but it got definitely a creepy vibe to it PS. Criticism is definitely not there for hurting someones feeling! And dont expect to hear that you suck. We are all learners here so "sucking" is just the part of the learning process. Also this kind of negative feeling doesnt let you look good and even makes you feel worse. Hope I didnt get too personal. Sincerely, Giuliano

I think it could be the part of the trapezius muscle that attaches to the scapula. It could look that weird, because the scapula pokes out and pushes this part to look that way. But I'm really not sure. Hope this helps anyway ;)

Hello everyone!  This is my post apocalyptic motolemur, wearing the armour of a dead giant bettle for protection, and just trying to survive…  Main references were of course the Beetle, the Lemur, and the Motorcycle, but there’s a bit of medieval armour too, and for the pants, jacket and shoes I used the horse faced fellows playing the accordion.

Land of The Great Rapiers

Her name is Minokampos (kampos means sea monster in ancient Greek). She is the younger sister of Minotaur. Her biggest passion is playing music, however playing certain instruments can prove to be rather tough, when you have the head of a seahorse. She has been pondering how to play the trumpet for several days already and so far has had no luck. References used - seahorse, trumpet, rock on seashore, musicians with horse masks.

Hello everyone! For this challenge I used the beeeater as a base. with it I tried different things and throughout the process I settled with a retired birdsoldier. A reference for a past war is the lost wing and the armorstand in the background. Furthermore I added the lemur as a pet sitting on his shoulder and the flower as an umbrella. The cloth around the waist is referenced from the greek statue. (You can check out the process on my Instagram if you like) I'm very happy for any kind of feedback! Ok so these ones are the sketches I made for the Proko Reference Bash challenge. I just limited myself to 3 photos, photobashed them together, and drew on top of them. Was a fun exercise to do! Although I personally like the mechanized one a lot (and I did already a value sketch of it), I'm curious to see which of the three sketches do you think is the most interesting?
