It really sounds amazing and I am very excited, there will probably be a vast variety of topics. I have just two questions. 1.)About the size, do I need to actually get a canvas/paper that big too participate? because I want to work traditionally... or is it just, when I am exporting the work to my pc, that I need to scale it up to the size you'd wish? 2.) When I do the graphic design to add the title etc. but the poster is made traditionally, is it still traditional work? or do I need to do that also on paper? cheers

This is a very good start! Solid structure like people have mentioned. I would add to that to keep your lines looser (don't press too hard), especially the construction lines. And try to be more conservative with your strokes, there are many places where you're going over the same line many times, like the face outline. Try to use a single stroke to draw the jawline for instance.

very great start, I would recommend for you, to use a mechanical pencil, since you can not really put much pressure on it, it breaks if you do. I think it is alright to play around like you did until you find the right proportions, when you do tho, erase the uneccessery lines that add nothing to your drawing. Also the right eye seems a little bit too big and out of proportion with the left one.

Hey, I think that you made the eyes too big, the rest of the face looks alright proportion wise, if you try to go for a realistic-ish look, then try to make the eyes way smaller, you should definantally define where your light is coming from, even if it is not in the reference, there should be a clear understanding of where the lights and the shadows are, other than that, maybe try to go for a little bit more detail on the transition of the hair skin, so it dosen't look too "blocky". cheers.
